You will receive an email from our team within 24 hours asking for information about the trademark you want to register
2.
Once we have received your information, we will send you search results and our filing advice in a report within 5 working days
3.
You pay your filing fees after receipt of the searches and advice report
4.
We shall then draft and submit your trademark application with the applicable IP office within 48 hours.
5.
The application will then go through the IP office's processes including examination and publishing.
6.
After publishing, there will be a period in which third parties can challenge your application for trademark
7.
If there are no challenges to your trademark it will be fully registered!
